Doctor – Join Sofita's people-oriented team! We are seeking a department doctor for primary care work in Satakunta. Job description: Work as a department doctor in Satakunta's general medicine departments. Work period: August 3 to October 30, 2026. Working days are weekdays from Monday to Friday, with working hours during office hours. The work is on-site. We expect from you: Medical licentiate degree At least two (2) years of experience as a doctor after graduation, including at least one year of experience as a department doctor (acceptable specializations: general medicine, geriatrics, internal medicine, or other relevant specialty) in Finland. Familiarity with the Finnish healthcare system Good written and spoken Finnish skills Active work attitude, self-direction, and good organizational skills Good communication skills and customer orientation Good adaptability to changing situations Why choose Sofita?
