Salary: Our home-delivered social services use the private social services sector collective agreement salary class G22, home care assistant. The hourly wage depends on experience: 15.09 - 17.09 €/h for gig workers and 2460.27 - 2785.40 €/month for permanent employees. What we expect from you: Home care assistant qualification Experience in caring for respiratory device clients: Previous experience is valued, but genuine interest and willingness to learn are most important. Valid medication licenses: We require valid medication licenses. Finnish language skills: You communicate fluently in Finnish. Person-centered and responsible work attitude: You are empathetic, precise, and reliable team player. Readiness for versatile care tasks: Your work includes basic care, medication, device treatments, assistance in daily life, and recreational activities. We also require: Valvira’s Julkiterhikki registration, compliance with the Infectious Diseases Act §48 (vaccination protection), tuberculosis screening according to the Infectious Diseases Act §55, and a criminal record check for working with vulnerable persons and children.
