We are now seeking an electrician for our client company on a permanent basis in the Sastamala area. This role combines practical work, varied workdays, and opportunities to enhance your expertise in electrical and automation technology in industry. The work can start according to the agreement, with a quick schedule possible. Our client is a Nordic technical services expert that designs, implements, and maintains building and industrial solutions. What does the work involve? The work consists of diverse tasks in industrial maintenance, such as: Maintenance of electrical equipment and automation Troubleshooting and repairs Preventive maintenance Various mechanical maintenance tasks You will work at a fixed site in the Sastamala area, so there is no ongoing travel. Tasks are performed both independently and with experienced colleagues. The work is in two shifts (morning and evening). Evening shifts occur approximately every fourth week. The available shift system offers flexibility and makes it easier to balance work and free time. What do we offer? Electrical technician education At least 2 years of experience in industrial or machinery maintenance Ability to work independently and responsibly, with practical problem-solving skills Willingness to work in two shifts Good teamwork skills and a desire to develop On-call readiness is an advantage for the future but not currently essential.
