We are looking for a Kitchen Manager for our client in Helsinki. We are seeking a kitchen manager for a relaxed and cozy restaurant in Vuosaari. The restaurant offers buffet lunches on weekdays and à la carte dishes in the evenings. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen and have the opportunity to develop the restaurant's products together with the team. Additionally, you will be partly responsible for the kitchen's cost efficiency, order management, and maintaining the restaurant's quality standards. Work shifts mainly include weekday mornings, but evening and weekend shifts are also possible. The position is full-time, and work will start as soon as a suitable candidate is found. We expect the applicant to have several years of experience in supervisory roles in the kitchen. We also hope for understanding of key figures in the restaurant industry, cost-effective purchasing, and administrative tasks related to the kitchen.
