We are seeking an engaged early childhood education teacher with preschool qualification for a position starting from 03.08.2026. The workplace at the start of the employment relationship is Prästgårdsbackens Daycare. As an early childhood education teacher, you are responsible for high-quality planning of early childhood education for your group, as well as pedagogical implementation, evaluation, and development together with your team. Salary and employment terms are determined according to UKTA. A probation period of six months applies to the position. Eligibility requirement: Qualification as an early childhood education teacher according to Section 26 of the Act on Early Childhood Education (540/2018). A newly qualified early childhood education teacher will receive a recruitment supplement of 150 €/month after the probation period of six (6) months for a period of 12 months. The condition for granting the recruitment supplement is that the employment is ongoing and the qualification requirements are met. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract within 30 days of the decision, according to the Act on the Control of Criminal Backgrounds of Persons Working with Children (504/2002). The job also requires a tuberculosis examination according to the Infectious Diseases Act (55 §). Probation period according to applicable legislation. An interview will be arranged by agreement.
