We are looking for a practical and firm construction supervisor for diverse infrastructure projects in the Uusimaa region. Would you like to lead visible and varied infrastructure projects in an area that is growing and developing? We are seeking a construction supervisor responsible for daily site management, quality implementation, and smooth collaboration with workers, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders. Success in this role requires keeping the project on track: · Lead daily activities on infrastructure sites safely, efficiently, and with quality · Direct personnel, subcontractors, and equipment use according to project goals · Monitor work quality, safety, costs, and schedule adherence · Proactively solve daily issues and bring projects to completion with the team. We hope you have: · Relevant education, e.g., construction engineer or civil engineer (AMK) · Experience in earthworks, municipal engineering, road construction, cabling or pipe work, or other infrastructure sites · Ability to lead people clearly, fairly, and effectively · Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills · Understanding of site safety, quality assurance, and cost tracking · Fluent Finnish or English skills and a valid B driver's license. Computer skills and experience with site management systems are considered an advantage.
