As an assistant store manager, you will lead the store in collaboration with the store manager. You will play an important role in the daily operations of the store, lead by example, be consistent, gentle, and brave. You are ready to work during all store opening hours, support the store manager and your team, and adapt to changing situations. You will work as part of the store staff and substitute for the store manager when needed. You are cheerful, knowledgeable, enjoy busy customer service situations, and have previous experience as an assistant store manager, shift supervisor, team leader, or similar role.
