We are seeking a precise and proactive financial administration specialist in the electrical sector for our client Sähkötapio, for a versatile and responsible role. In this role, you will work at the intersection of financial management and technical fields as part of a professional electrical company. The tasks will mainly focus on invoicing and practical financial duties, but the role can be tailored based on your skills to include bid calculation, documentation, and other office tasks. We expect the applicant to have a meticulous work approach, good numerical skills, and the ability to manage overall tasks. It is important that you can work carefully and understand the operational environment of the technical field. Knowledge of the electrical sector or a background in electrical engineering is considered a significant advantage. Your workdays may include invoicing, managing orders and documents, supporting bid calculations, and communicating with clients and partners. Marketing or communication skills can be considered in the role but are not essential. The role can be structured as part-time or full-time depending on your skills, experience, and willingness.
