We are looking for experienced software developers to join a large and long-term public administration development project. The role is especially suitable for freelancers and subcontractors operating through their own company. This is a very large, multi-year project involving the building and maintenance of critical digital services and data warehouse solutions. Projects are implemented agilely with modern technology stacks. As a software developer, you will participate in the design, development, and maintenance of extensive system and service entities as part of multi-skilled teams. The work utilizes modern software development practices, continuous deployment, and cloud-based development environments. Responsibilities include: Software development and maintenance, Implementation of new services and solutions, Development of integrations and data warehouse solutions, Participation in agile development teams, Utilization of continuous deployment and DevOps practices, Collaboration with various stakeholders and experts. Requirements include experience with modern technology stacks, Microsoft environment (.NET Core (C#), Entity Framework Core), SQL Server, TDD, Azure DevOps CI/CD, cloud services (AKS, Docker, Azure Functions, App Services), Scrum, messaging services (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus), SAFe (merits), and fluent Finnish skills.
