As the current official retires, Keski-Uudenmaan Vesi Kuntayhtymä and Keski-Uudenmaan Vesiensuojelun liikelaitoskuntayhtymä are seeking an experienced new CEO. The CEO is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the operations and finances of the municipal federations in accordance with the directives of the board and executive committee. A management agreement will be made with the selected CEO on behalf of both federations. The position requires a master's degree in engineering or equivalent higher education, management experience, and strong professional expertise in water supply. Other key skills include personnel management, knowledge of finance and municipal administration, procurement skills, social skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in the national languages of the bilingual region is also required. Experience in water management and additional language skills are considered an advantage. The position is subject to a six-month probation period. The selected candidate must provide an acceptable health certificate. A security clearance will be conducted.
