FORCIT is a leading manufacturer of explosives and defense systems, providing related services. We are currently hiring a Project Manager to strengthen our team. The Project Manager is responsible for overall project management from the customer's perspective, including scheduling, budgeting, contracts, stakeholder communication, and ensuring delivery meets scope. The role emphasizes organization and coordination, with technical understanding being beneficial but focusing on successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing projects from planning to delivery and commissioning, resource, schedule, risk, and cost management, collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and clients, maintaining project documentation, monitoring, and reporting, and ensuring high quality and safety standards. Requirements include a higher education degree (e.g., technical or commercial), experience in managing demanding projects and customer interface, proficiency with project management tools and methods, understanding of technical systems, proven track record of achieving goals and quality project management, problem-solving skills, good communication and documentation skills in Finnish and English, and strong teamwork, organizational skills, and safety mindset.
