We are currently recruiting vehicle inspectors for A-Katsastus’s growing team at our Vaasa and Pietarsaari locations for permanent employment. The work will start according to agreement, and we will fill the positions as soon as suitable candidates are found. What we expect from you Your role as a vehicle inspector includes periodic inspections of light and heavy vehicles, so we ideally require you to have the right to perform periodic inspections of light vehicles. Additional special inspection rights are appreciated. If you do not yet have the necessary qualifications, don’t worry – we offer training to help you acquire them! To attend vehicle inspector training, you need to have completed one of the following basic educations: Mechanic (specialist vocational qualification or vocational qualification in vehicle technology), An engineer graduated from automotive or mechanical engineering studies, or A third-year engineering student (Students can also train as inspectors if they have completed at least 30 ECTS credits in basic and vocational vehicle technology or other suitable mechanical engineering studies). Additionally, at least six months of experience in vehicle repair or equivalent is required.
