This position is permanent and part-time. The average weekly hours for the part-time employment are 15 hours/week. The start date is according to agreement. Working hours are on weekdays during morning shifts between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. You will work at various sites in the Oulu area, so you need your own car and a B-driving license. We follow the collective agreement for property services, and cleaning tasks are paid according to the employee collective agreement. Additionally, we provide thorough onboarding and friendly colleagues. You will work independently at client sites as a representative of Coor, but you will always have your team’s support. Your cleaning duties include a variety of maintenance and basic cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, cleaning floors with hand and machine methods, and cleaning restrooms. Essentially, your work ensures that our client sites are comfortable, clean, and fresh. What do we expect from you? - Previous work experience in cleaning tasks for at least one year - Fluent Finnish language skills - B-driving license and own car - Experience with cleaning machines is an advantage. You will utilize various digital tools in your work, for example, during onboarding, training, and reporting. In most tasks, we use cleaning machines and robots as assistance. You will receive comprehensive training on our equipment and digital platforms, and we expect you to be ready and interested in learning new technologies and tools.
