In the role of Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Tampere unit and act as a frontline supervisor for store employees, maintenance, and project managers. You will work closely with customers and other service, sales, and project units of the company. Success requires the ability to see the big picture and have a vision for market directions, as well as practical skills to drive change forward. We hope you have experience in demanding supervisory roles and/or strong financial skills, with the ability to lead by example and coach your team to success and full potential. Developing motivates you, and you find new things inspiring. You are entrepreneurial-minded and interested in sales and customers. Results are important to you.
