Gold Nuggets family daycare providers care for a maximum of four children in their groups. The small group size allows for a variety of activities and experiences during the day, which you get to decide! We provide the framework for activities, but you retain the freedom to organize your work. In addition to the flexibility, the income from the job averages around €3,000 per month when caring for four children, with seven weeks of paid vacation annually. The work is carried out as a franchise entrepreneur within the Gold Nuggets chain. Don’t be intimidated by the word entrepreneur; we have prepared everything for you. You do not need prior business experience, as long as you are passionate about early childhood education and get along well with adults. With us, you can achieve a higher income level, plan your care days independently, and offer little “golden nuggets” lifelong lessons and cherished memories.
