Our client company is a nationwide property maintenance operator that offers a variety of property management and maintenance services for residential properties as well as companies in different industries. We are now looking for a team member for our client company PROPERTY MAINTENANCE WORKER In the Tampere area! We are seeking a proactive and meticulous property maintenance professional who wants to ensure smooth daily operations for residential and commercial properties. Are you the right person? Do you enjoy varied tasks and appreciate that the days and work tasks are diverse and multifaceted? In this role, you will be responsible for indoor maintenance of residential and commercial properties and ensuring that daily routines run smoothly. Your tasks will include repairing toilets, clearing drains, fixing faucets, replacing filters and light bulbs, adjusting clocks, optimizing temperatures, and general maintenance. You are also familiar with building automation technology. Maintaining the outdoor areas and flag duties may also be part of the job, so sometimes outdoor work is involved! Since the work is carried out in people's homes and in shared/public spaces, customer service skills are definitely a plus. We also expect you to have education in property maintenance and several years of experience in similar roles, as well as a valid occupational safety card, and possibly a traffic safety card. Proficiency in Finnish is required for clear communication with both management and residents. The employment initially is temporary, with the possibility of a permanent position. Working hours are generally from 7:15 to 15:30, but on-call shifts can be arranged, and sometimes the days may extend. Start date is negotiable.
