As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. In this role, you will support the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) electrical safety program for the data centers and technical infrastructure assets. You will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing execution of the Global EHS electrical safety program, ensuring conformance with Google Cloud's EHS expectations and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, minimizing risk, and promoting a culture of EHS excellence. - Vastuullisuus datakeskusten rakentamisen EHS-ohjelmista Pohjois-Suomessa, EHS-neuvonantajana Google-sidosryhmille.
- Tunnista ja vähennä ympäristö- ja turvallisuusriskejä rakennustyömailla halliten siirtymää suunnittelusta rakentamiseen ja operatiivisiin toimintoihin.
- Varmista, että urakoitsijat toimittavat korkealaatuisia palveluita ja että ongelmat tunnistetaan ja ratkaistaan nopeasti.
- Edistä jatkuvan oppimisen kulttuuria parantaakseen projektin tehokkuutta, tuottavuutta ja turvallisuutta.
- Hallitse rakennuksen laatuprosesseja yhteistyössä pääurakoitsijoiden, sähkö- ja mekaniikkityöntekijöiden ja käyttöönottoagenttien kanssa.
Vaatimukset
- Kandidaatin tutkinto rakennus-, sähkö-, kone-, teollisuus- tai EHS-insinööritieteissä, arkkitehtuurissa, rakennusjohtamisessa tai vastaava käytännön kokemus.
