We are looking for a team leader for the shelf team in the grocery retail sector in Tammisaari. Are you flexible, proactive, and eager to work in responsible tasks? We have a job for you! Practical tasks include shelf stocking in the grocery store, guiding the team in practical work, and training new and existing employees. Administrative tasks include communication between employees and customers, scheduling shifts for your team, and monitoring goals. Shelf stocking is diverse, fast-paced, and requires precision. The job requires carefulness, a proactive attitude, and good physical condition, as it is physically demanding and requires endurance. Work is carried out at a brisk pace, but with a sense of humor! Customer service is a very important part of the job, as shelf stocking is often done while the store is open, and customers are assisted during work. Days pass quickly working with a great team and customers. The work is flexible from Monday to Saturday. It is especially suitable for early risers, as shifts start at 6:00 am. Before your first shifts, we will provide you with the necessary tools to succeed. You do not need to worry about lacking skills. What do we expect from you? The ideal candidate has previous experience in grocery retail and fluent Finnish language skills. The work is five days a week, Monday to Saturday, starting at 6 am. You should be able to commit to working about 25-30 hours per week. Wage according to the retail sector collective agreement + responsibility bonus. Employment is permanent.
