We are looking for a crane operator for our client, operating a rotating crane at construction sites around the Helsinki metropolitan area. We seek an experienced and professional driver for a rotating crane. Our client company has Merlo, Manitowoc, and Dieci cranes, and the more versatile your experience with different types of cranes, the more likely you are the person we are looking for. Most sites use equipment operated on a rotating platform, and experience with these is considered a significant advantage. However, if you only have experience with rigid-frame cranes, you are still encouraged to apply. Work begins once a suitable candidate is found, and there are plans for at least the rest of the year. Construction sites are located throughout the Helsinki metropolitan area and Uusimaa region, so having your own car is a definite plus for logistics. Job description (modify to match the actual tasks) In this role, you will perform renovation construction and damage repairs (private residences), including floor screeds, wall and floor leveling, painting, laminate and furniture installation, molding, paneling, and even window and door installations. If you possess the following, you might be the person we are looking for: * Experience with crane work, especially operating rotating equipment is a big plus — we are looking for a professional who works efficiently without supervision. * Valid professional certificates (work safety card) — if not, this must be obtained before starting work. * Good Finnish language skills — the working language is Finnish. * High work ethic; the work is independent, and you are responsible for your own quality. * Good social skills; you can work well with people even in stressful situations.
