We are looking for a workshop supervisor for a car repair shop with diverse and varied tasks at MekoWest Oy in Sastamala. In this role, you will be responsible, together with other supervisors, for the smooth daily operations of the repair shop and organizing daily tasks. The job involves close cooperation with technicians, customers, and parts suppliers, ensuring that work is completed on schedule and customer service is of high quality. The position is full-time and permanent, with working hours from Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 17:00. An experienced supervisor with a good understanding of the repair shop environment and tasks, looking for a new challenge in their career. Early-career professionals with the right attitude towards learning and development can also succeed! Good understanding of the automotive industry, proactive and independent work approach, as well as strong customer service and communication skills are required. Familiarity with the Autofutur system is an advantage. To succeed in this role, you should be able to schedule and communicate fluently, have skills in troubleshooting and cost estimation, and manage system usage. The supervisor also monitors quality and safety in the repair shop and handles administrative tasks as needed. Previous experience in tire sales is also considered an advantage. A valid B-driver's license and proficiency in Finnish are required. We offer full-time work in a relaxed and friendly team.
