We are now looking for a Structural Design Manager in Tampere or Espoo. Join us in building a better future with data centers and industry expertise! We seek skilled individuals to solve design challenges in data center and industrial projects within an evolving and growth-oriented team. As a Design Manager, you will ensure that the structural design of industrial and/or data center projects is executed technically at a high level, consistently, and in accordance with project-specific requirements. You will work closely with both external and internal stakeholders, support designers, and collaborate with project managers. Depending on the project and its phases, your tasks may include project management and financial oversight as well as design guidance. The scope of projects and your responsibilities may range from providing brief statements to managing multi-year projects. We are eager to hear what skills and experience you bring. The position is based in Espoo or Tampere, with partial remote work options. To succeed in this role, you need an inquisitive mind, precision, and a desire to demonstrate your expertise and develop. The role requires a suitable degree (AMK/DI) and previous experience in similar roles. In structural design, we use Tekla Structures and AutoCAD, in addition to office software. Experience with RFEM, Navisworks, and Trimble Connect is considered an advantage. Proficiency in spoken and written Finnish is required, and the ability to work in English is necessary in our international market.
