A sales assistant position is available at Your FACE Tampere Ratinan store, with an average of 7 hours/week according to the contract! Are you interested in fashion? As a sales assistant, you will be responsible for customer service, following the chain’s customer promise and customer satisfaction goals. The position is permanent, with an average of 7 hours/week according to the contract. We operate on a 26-week smoothing period. How can you succeed in this role? Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. Experience in retail is considered an advantage. What do we offer? Besides sales, tasks include handling merchandise and cash register work. You will work as a sales assistant following the chain’s customer promise and maintaining store routines daily. Work may include shifts at Your FACE Ratinan store in Tampere city center and at the new Your & More store at Lempäälän Ideapark shopping center, depending on scheduling. Your supervisor will be a store manager. Please note! Your FACE Ratinan store is currently closing for a move. The store will close in August 2026, and a larger Your & More store will open in its place in Tampere Ratinan, to which you will transfer. The work involves solitary work.
