We are looking for a cook for summer events in Sotkamo. We seek an energetic and motivated cook to work at summer events in the Sotkamo area. The position offers diverse work in the lively environment of events, where you will prepare food for various customers in a fast-paced and changing setting. The job is suitable for someone who enjoys a busy work rhythm, takes initiative, and likes event work. Working shifts are mainly in the summer sports and public events, mostly in the evenings and on weekends. Job tasks: The duties include preparing food for event needs, serving presentation, and participating in daily kitchen tasks. You will also handle raw materials, ensure self-monitoring, and maintain general cleanliness of the kitchen. During events, you will work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations and a good customer experience. We expect: Applicants should have previous experience in kitchen work or restaurant training. We value a proactive attitude, initiative, and the ability to work efficiently in busy situations. Good teamwork skills and flexibility regarding working hours are also expected. A hygiene passport is mandatory for the position.
