Job description: We are seeking individuals who are independent and proactive. Previous experience in real estate is preferred, but you may be hired without prior brokerage experience. However, you must have excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to make deals. A license (LKV) and KiAT qualification are considered advantages. The compensation model is commission-based. If you possess the following qualities, you might be the person we are looking for: Interest in sales work and confidence to make cold calls (new customer acquisition) Ability to attend necessary training (LKV qualification) Good Finnish language skills High work ethic – the work is independent, and you are responsible for your results Good social skills – able to work well with people even in challenging situations.
