We are looking for new salespeople for our client LLK Sales! Do you want a job where good vibes are visible both in everyday life and in your account balance? At LLK Sales, you have the opportunity to do face-to-face sales or telemarketing. The project depends on your skills and interests. Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory – the most important things are attitude, energy, willingness to learn, and being a good person. Your workday will consist of face-to-face sales at locations such as shopping centers, events, trade shows, and grocery stores. In telemarketing projects, you will work by phone reaching out to potential new customers. As a salesperson, you will meet new people daily, start conversations, and offer well-known products and services. The job provides genuine opportunities to develop communication skills, sales expertise, and self-confidence. The work is goal-oriented but relaxed. Stands are often worked in pairs, so a colleague is always nearby to support and encourage. Good energy is reflected in both the team and customer interactions. Working hours are flexible according to your life situation, and you can influence the amount of work. Our sales teams include people with various levels of experience. Each works entrepreneurially as a subcontractor, either as a sole trader or through their own limited company. Good earning potential Average monthly billing with basic work is around €2,200, but top salespeople bill up to five-figure sums. Your salary is based on products sold and bonuses, which vary by product. During the first few months, you will receive a guaranteed salary, so you start from a stable base. Opportunities for growth and advancement Development opportunities are available. You do not need to stay in the same role, as we primarily aim to fill new roles from within the company. You can advance quickly to roles such as responsible salesperson, team leader, or sales trainer, depending on your skills. Who are we looking for? No prior sales experience is required – you could be switching careers or already have sales experience. The most important qualities are diligence and perseverance, and an interest in developing as a salesperson. You must be at least 18 years old.
