We are looking for a skilled MIG/MAG welder for our client for a permanent full-time position to Laitila Finland. The job is located at a metal industry company specializing in the production of precision components, including parts for the automotive sector. In this role, you will be responsible for welding small steel structure elements according to technical drawings. The work includes welding of carbon steel as well as special materials such as stainless steel and aluminum. Quality, safety, and the ability to work independently are essential in this position. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience, the ability to read technical drawings, and a desire for long-term employment. Your responsibilities are: MIG/MAG welding based on technical drawings, Welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, Quality inspection and finishing of completed parts, Adherence to occupational safety and quality standards. We expect you to have: Experience in MIG/MAG welding, especially with carbon steel, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, Proficiency in English or Finnish sufficient for communication with supervisors, Accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work independently, Motivation for long-term employment.
