What would you be doing with us? In this role, you will serve as the local IT support at the Jalasjärvi factory, responsible for resolving user issues. Your daily tasks will include practical activities such as setting up workstations, tablets, and phones, providing user support, and troubleshooting various device, network, and connectivity problems. You will also manage user accounts, access rights, and prepare work environments for new employees, as well as participate in basic maintenance of server and network environments. Additionally, you will collaborate with device suppliers and the company's other experts in various fault and change situations. Besides local support, you will also handle support requests across the entire group together with the IT team through a shared ticket system. The work combines independent tasks, problem-solving, and working with people. You will be an important part of the factory's daily operations and will have the opportunity to resolve situations when systems, devices, or connections do not function properly. Although most work will be in Jalasjärvi, you will not be alone. You will have the support of the company's expert team and experienced factory staff. What do we expect from you? We hope you have practical experience in user support and working in a corporate environment. You should have a good understanding of Windows environments, basic knowledge of Active Directory, and skills in Microsoft 365, Entra, and Intune environments. You also understand local area networks and can troubleshoot network-related issues if needed. We especially value proactive and practical work approaches. You want to solve problems rather than wait for ready-made answers. You enjoy working with different people, can prioritize tasks, and are willing to take action even when everything is not fully predefined. Previous experience in manufacturing environments or working in multi-vendor environments is considered an advantage. What do we offer? The employment contract will be directly with Koja Oy, and the employment terms follow the collective agreement for senior employees in the technology industry.
