KeyStaff Oy is seeking an operational assistant for Hermen Oy in Helsinki for a permanent position. The selected candidate will be employed directly by the client. Hermen Oy is responsible for the chain management of Arnold's coffee chain in Finland. A small and close-knit team of experts supports entrepreneurs in their daily operations, develops the chain's activities, and ensures smooth functioning both locally and nationally. Arnold's is one of Finland's most well-known coffee chains, founded in 1991. Today, there are cafes across the country operated by independent franchise entrepreneurs. The chain combines strong local entrepreneurship with a shared brand and aims to provide customers with small, everyday moments of joy. This is a versatile and practical role that combines marketing support and operational coordination. You will work closely with the marketing coordinator but will be involved broadly in the entire team. Your daily tasks will include: Practical organization of events (e.g., entrepreneur days) with the team; Planning and implementing marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing coordinator and advertising agency; Participating in photoshoots and content production; Updating social media and websites (WordPress); Responding to customer feedback; Supporting local marketing and coaching entrepreneurs; Preparing meeting minutes; Managing calendars and organizing daily activities; Handling practical office matters. The role is genuinely supportive but also central: you keep the overall process moving and ensure tasks are completed. What do we expect from you? Interest in marketing; Proactive and action-oriented work attitude; Good organizational skills and flexibility; Positive, solution-oriented mindset; Fluent Finnish and sufficient English skills. Additional advantages: Experience with Canva and/or Adobe tools; Experience in social media or website updates. This position is aimed at someone who wants to learn, develop, and gradually take on more responsibility. What do we offer?
