We are currently looking for an electrician/telecommunication installer for our property services in a permanent position. As an electrician and telecommunication installer, your tasks include various maintenance, repair, and installation works at our customer sites. Your working hours are weekdays from 7:00 to 16:00. Our property services handle technical maintenance and repair tasks for shopping centers, hotels, and office buildings. We are responsible for ensuring the technical functionality and energy efficiency of our customer properties, as well as providing comfortable conditions for end-users. We expect the applicant to have: - A basic qualification as an electrician - Experience in similar roles enabling independent work - Knowledge of IT networks, access control, and fire alarm systems - Valid safety, electrical safety, hot work, and first aid (EA1) certificates - A B driver's license - A clean criminal background - Good communication and teamwork skills. We are looking for someone who: - Has good interpersonal skills and steady hands - Is accustomed to working independently and planning, organizing, and managing their own activities - Has a customer service mindset.
