Would you like to create impactful communications that promote employment and support regional vitality? We are seeking a communications planner for a permanent position starting from September 1, 2026, for TyöHäme employment area and Hämeenlinna city employment services. As a communications planner, you will be responsible for building TyöHäme’s visibility and developing practical communication that brings employers, companies, and job seekers closer together. You will plan and implement multi-channel communication in close collaboration with experts and highlight solutions, successes, and opportunities for employment. The work is busy, varied, and requires adapting quickly to new situations. Main tasks: - Promoting TyöHäme’s activities, visibility, and employment through communication - Daily communication responsibilities across various channels, such as preparing press releases and social media communication - Maintaining, developing, and updating the website - Planning communication and content creation in collaboration with experts - Other communication support tasks, such as updating forms and producing newsletters. Requirements: - Suitable higher education degree and a few years of experience in communication tasks - Experience in website maintenance and WordPress skills - Knowledge of accessibility requirements - Experience in producing press releases, articles, social media content, and other communication materials - Excellent collaboration and interaction skills - Proficiency in Finnish and good command of English. Preferred: - Interest in utilizing AI in communication and experience in multilingual communication.
