Tehtävänkuvaus
We are looking for a shift manager for our unique restaurant Lakeus Matador in a permanent full-time position (112.5 hours / 3 weeks). In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to work with our distinctive restaurant concept Matador and create dining experiences for both conference hotel guests and city residents. Work hours are based on the restaurant's opening hours, offering opportunities for varied shifts and flexible schedules. At Eepeä, we say we are in ordinary jobs. We expect from you: This is supervisory work, where you support employees to succeed and ensure smooth kitchen operations even during busy times. You are responsible for the operational management of your shift through practical work: guiding, coaching, and mentoring kitchen staff in their daily tasks. During your shift, you ensure that the team functions cohesively and goal-oriented – from customer experience, quality, to profitability. As a shift manager at Matador, you are a versatile person who thrives in changing situations and takes initiative. You are ready to put your personality into play, face challenges, and develop customer service by example. You are flexible and energetic, valuing good mood and humor as part of a normal workday. You have experience in à la carte kitchen work and understanding of kitchen processes and their functioning. Experience working in a conference restaurant is a plus. Suitable supervisory training and previous leadership experience are considered an advantage. Finnish language skills are required for supervisory work. We offer you: Excellent employee benefits!
