We are seeking a skilled RELIABILITY ENGINEER for our client, SATA Shipbuilding Oy. The employee will be employed directly by the client. Reliability Engineer We are looking for a reliability engineer to a permanent position in a shipyard environment to develop maintenance operations and ensure high operational reliability of production. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the reliability of equipment and systems and participating in continuous improvement of maintenance processes. You will work closely with production, maintenance, and other stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and trouble-free operations. Key responsibilities * Developing operational reliability of the factory and production equipment * Operating, maintaining, and developing the maintenance system * Developing work plans and maintenance processes * Developing and standardizing maintenance operation models * Developing user maintenance in collaboration with production * Analyzing faults and disturbances and defining corrective actions * Monitoring and reporting maintenance key figures Requirements * Suitable technical education (e.g., engineer AMK or MSc) * Experience in maintenance, operational reliability, or industrial production tasks * Analytical and development-oriented approach * Good collaboration and communication skills * Ability to manage overall projects and promote development Preferred qualifications * Experience with maintenance systems and their development * Knowledge of operational reliability and reliability methods * Experience in shipyard, maritime, or process industries * Proficiency in English We offer * A permanent position in an interesting and developing environment * Opportunity to influence the development of operational reliability and maintenance at the shipyard * A diverse and responsible set of tasks * Support from a professional team * Competitive salary and employee benefits
