You are the ice karting program supervisor we are looking for. We are not seeking a virtuoso of gravel roads, but a dedicated professional for ice tracks. Successfully performing this role requires excellent customer service skills, proficiency in English, and your four-stroke enthusiasm. Skilled small engine workshop operators with vehicle handling skills are the elite we are seeking. The work begins in early December and lasts until the end of March. In your work, you will be involved in snow blowing, track grooming, and cleaning the yard area. You will operate a Can-Am 650cc ATV or a Masi snowplow powered by your biceps. Your pride is the company's constantly renewed fleet of vehicles, which you will maintain meticulously. You will interact with customers confidently. Providing high-quality and safe service experiences is second nature to you. You tolerate waiting and schedule delays, yet you meet customers with a positive attitude. Additionally, you will sit in a new log-built track office and sip warm cocoa. While reading the afternoon news on your computer, you can also check the next day's sales and reservations from the management system. Are you the one whose heart beats for this kind of work?
