Our team has an opening for a practical nurse who wants to do meaningful work at the child's home! We support the functional capacity of children living at home and enable living at home according to individual needs. Services include medical and medication management, health promotion, personal hygiene and nutrition care, as well as rehabilitative care to maintain functional capacity. We have time to listen to clients and their families, exchange news, and our care services are primarily about caring. Work is performed in three shifts: morning, evening, and night shifts. You can influence your shifts and work in a way that best suits your life situation. You have a practical nurse qualification, vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act, and current theoretical studies in medication management (which you can also complete with us if needed). Previous experience in similar tasks is appreciated. We offer meaningful and varied work along with comprehensive orientation.
