We are looking for an active and versatile team supervisor for the new Attendo Salmikoti in Kirkkonummi. Do you want to be part of launching a brand new Attendo home? As a team supervisor, you are the foundation of the Attendo home and a trusted partner to the home manager. Your professional skills are trusted and your views are valued. You assist the home manager in organizing and guiding daily work and serve as a professional support to staff. What will you do? - Act as the right hand to the Attendo home manager - Substitute for the home manager during absences - Organize daily life in the Attendo home, e.g., staffing and daily work division - Organize RAI assessments, and updates of care and resource plans, and assist in their execution - Follow up on new employee inductions and support student guidance - Participate in resident care work - Develop the quality of care and nursing in collaboration with the home manager and team - Build a good, encouraging, and participative work community. The role is full-time and permanent, with a start date to be agreed. The salary grade is G23D, with a salary range of 2723.92–2969.00 euros depending on experience, plus a 500-euro/month team supervisor allowance, and a local supplement of 85.77 euros/month for full-time employees.
