Your tasks include guiding, training, and supporting students in various logistics and vehicle-related tasks. Additionally, your responsibilities include daily maintenance and repair of the vehicle fleet used for teaching. The scope of the role will be tailored to your strengths and expertise. As a skills trainer, your duties also include participating in the planning of teaching and activities together with teachers, other trainers, and immediate supervisors, as well as supervising and monitoring student work according to the schedule. Developing your professional skills and the operations of the educational institution, as well as multidisciplinary collaboration within the institution, are central parts of your work. The salary for a skills trainer is €2,652.63 per month, plus a professional allowance according to TS. Starting the day with our free breakfast with colleagues is a nice way to begin. Terms of employment Working hours are 38 hours and 15 minutes per week. The probation period is six (6) months. The employment is conditional until the selected candidate has submitted a health statement from a medical examination and provided a criminal record extract as required by law 504/2002 concerning working with children. What we expect from you It is most important to us that you are an experienced and enthusiastic professional in the field. You fit well into our team if you are open, communicative, and development-oriented. You want to maintain and develop your professional skills and expertise in the future. We require a suitable vocational qualification in the vehicle sector or another relevant qualification supported by strong and up-to-date practical experience in the vehicle industry. Experience in repairing commercial vehicles, such as trucks and construction machinery, is an advantage. A valid B-class driving license is required; a C-class license is considered an advantage.
