We are now looking for a systems designer at Xamk to maintain and develop the higher education institution's student management system and its user support. The position is permanent and full-time. The job begins on August 3, 2026, or by agreement. A probationary period applies to the employment. Your work is meaningful for the entire university of applied sciences, and your results will be seen in the smoothness of teaching and studying. Your daily work combines practical tasks, problem-solving, and collaboration with multidisciplinary, technical, and non-technical experts. You will participate in the development of both current and new systems. Your key tasks include: User support, orientation, and training for the higher education institution's teaching systems, Maintenance of teaching data (e.g., curricula, timetables) in the system, change management, and continuous improvement, Process analysis and development, as well as close cooperation with the university's IT management, teaching and other staff, system suppliers, and partner universities, Creating timetables, Collaboration with other planners in teaching administration and development.
