We continuously develop our operations and products. Quality control involves the entire brewery staff. We are now looking for a maintenance technician to join the maintenance team at Nokian Brewery. This is a fixed-term employment until the end of 2027, with a start as soon as possible / during the summer. If everything goes well, there is a possibility of permanent employment after the fixed term. Your tasks In this role, you will perform diverse maintenance tasks in the brewery's production environment. The work includes, among others: - Mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs - Maintenance and installation of process pipelines - Maintenance of process and production equipment - Building maintenance tasks indoors - Depending on your skills, basic electrical and automation tasks (230/400V, troubleshooting, minor repairs) - An essential part of every brewery employee's duties is also quality control of the finished products The work is full-time day shift (37.5 hours/week), typically from 6-14/7-15, but working hours are negotiable. The work is performed in a single shift, with no on-call duties, but future readiness for shift work and possible on-call shifts is required. What we expect from you We are primarily looking for a person with the right attitude. You do not need to be a top expert, as long as your attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in new things are in order. We value: - Willingness to develop skills - Mechanical maintenance skills - Interest in electrical and automation work (e.g., Siemens environment) - Technical education and/or hobbies related to cars or technology - Ability to act as a versatile handyman in a production environment - Initiative and a work-hard attitude - Basic IT skills - Fluent Finnish language skills Additionally, it is an advantage if you have: - Valid hygiene passport, occupational safety, and fire safety certificates (or readiness to obtain all three) - TIG welding and/or electrical skills Salary and conditions - Salary is determined according to the brewery and soft drinks industry collective agreement - Recreational benefits - Employee-discounted beverages - Benefits for brewery events - Monthly salary approximately €2050 - €2700 depending on experience and skills - Possibility of salary development in a permanent position based on a local agreement.
