We are seeking a personal assistant for a 17-year-old girl with developmental disabilities in Palokka, through the Central Finland Wellbeing Services County's Personal Assistance Center. The person to be assisted is independent and needs help with activity guidance in social and everyday situations to ensure safety. The work is offered variably at 30 hours per month during free time. Work shifts are agreed upon in the employment relationship. Tasks include outdoor activities, participation in hobbies and events, playing with a dog, and activities similar to friendship services. Salary: Heta Collective Agreement A 12.89 €/h + possible experience bonuses. It is beneficial for the assistant to have experience working with children with special needs. If the assistant has a dog accustomed to children, this is definitely a plus. It is also preferred that the assistant has a car and a driving license. Employment relationships are always private. The selected person will be employed by a temporary employer. The person selected for an interview/employment will be notified personally. The work begins once a suitable assistant is found. The employer is obliged to request a criminal record extract of the employee to be hired, when the assistant's duties involve working with children under 18 in situations where the child's guardian is not present (Act on the Background Check of Persons Working with Children 504/2002).
