South Savo Welfare Area Eloisa is seeking a maintenance supervisor for electrical work in the property services team at Savonlinna Hospital. The position is permanent, starting from 18.5.2026 or as agreed. As a maintenance supervisor, you will maintain the hospital's critical infrastructure in Savonlinna city center, working with a multidisciplinary team. You will also participate in various hospital repair, modification, and investment projects from planning to implementation. As a property services maintenance supervisor at SKS, you will act as the electrical work supervisor and operations manager (in buildings registered with TUKES). You will be responsible for low-voltage technology, including three customer transformers and electrical operations with S1 contracting license. You will oversee external contractors' installers, SKS technical professionals, and electricians (electrician). You will also serve as an expert in building automation systems and access control. The role includes supervising installation and repair activities in accordance with authorities' regulations (TUKES), installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical devices for home and institutional use, industrial and building automation systems, as well as telecommunications devices and systems. Additionally, you will act as a deputy supervisor for SKS property services and as the electrical supervisor for assistive device center electrical repairs. In urgent repair or maintenance situations, participation in practical activities is required. The role also involves managing investment and repair projects, PTS planning, and risk preparedness. The minimum qualification for the position is a degree as an electrical and automation engineer (AMK) or other suitable higher education degree in engineering. Additionally, electrical safety training and a valid electrical competence certificate 1 are required. Preference is given to candidates with a competence certificate 2 and the opportunity to upgrade to certificate 1 during work. Sufficient experience in maintaining demanding facilities and similar tasks is also required. Success in the role requires good documentation and reporting skills, proficiency in computer programs, and sufficient spoken and written Finnish, as well as basic English skills.
