About the role and your new job in Customer Center Agriculture You are a trusted advisor in all interactions with our existing customers. You will help our small and medium-sized agricultural customers via inbound and outbound calls. Your task is to ensure they get comprehensive answers, are correctly insured, and feel secure with us. This is done by identifying customer needs simply and effectively, advising on our many options, and following the customer through the process. You will work in a structured daily routine with a shift plan to be there for our customers when they need us.
