We are looking for an excavator operator for our client company in the Pirkanmaa region to perform versatile earthmoving tasks. You will work at various sites, with tasks ranging from public projects to different earthmoving needs. The work is independent, varied, and offers significant responsibility and opportunities to develop your skills. What we expect: At least one year of experience in operating excavators. Besides professional skills, we prefer candidates who are motivated to build a better and sustainable environment. Ability to work independently and motivation to learn new skills and develop your expertise. Positive and diligent work attitude. Flexibility and ability to operate in changing conditions. Versatile skills and willingness to take on different tasks. Sense of humor and good attitude in daily work situations. 3D machine control skills are an advantage but not required.
