At the Veikkola factory, high-quality corrugated cardboard packages are produced from renewable raw materials. Production runs on machinery and production lines, whose functionality is central to the work. The work is carried out in close cooperation, and good team spirit is evident in everyday life. We are now looking for a maintenance technician to keep the machines running. The starting salary at the beginning of employment is €16-20/hour, depending on your background and skills. We value welding, turning, and metalworking skills. What does the work involve? This job is not office-based but at the heart of production. Your tasks include, among others: Maintenance and repair of production machines and lines Troubleshooting and quick response to disturbances Mechanical and hydraulic repairs Preventive maintenance The work involves tangible tasks with production machines, where you can see the immediate results of your work. What do we expect from you? Technical understanding Electrical skills are considered an advantage Experience in maintenance, installation, or similar work Practical approach and willingness to get involved Finnish language skills Work safety card You do not need to be a fully qualified professional; we will train you for the role. However, we hope you have a technical background or experience (e.g., mechanical, hydraulic, or other technical work) that can be built upon. What do we offer?
