We are looking for a guide to the enchanting nature of Tunturi-Lappi! Nivunki Village is a tourism company opened in 2024, offering unique accommodation and experience services in a scenic environment in Muonio, about 40 kilometers from Ylläs and Levi. Nivunki Village has 20 luxury Northern Lights cabins, a restaurant, panoramic sauna, and lounge area in a traditional wilderness house. Additionally, we offer high-quality activity services located conveniently on the premises. Respect for nature and environmental values are central to us. Nivunki Village is part of the Destination Lapland group, which had a turnover of approximately 15 million euros in 2024. The future growth prospects are good, providing excellent opportunities for career advancement and year-round employment. We are seeking two motivated and customer-oriented guides to join our team for the winter season 2026-2027. The workplace is located in Muonio, in a privately owned high-service resort in the midst of nature, only 40 minutes from Levi and Ylläs. Your tasks: - Guiding outdoor trips and experiences (e.g., snowshoeing, Northern Lights tours, snowmobile safaris) - Ensuring customer safety and comfort - Inspiring visitors about Lapland’s nature and culture - Customer transportation We expect from you: - Previous experience in guiding or leading groups - Good command of English; German and/or French are considered a big plus - Reliability, initiative, and a proactive attitude - Genuine passion for Lapland’s nature and customer service - Flexibility (both ways) - Knowledge of Lapland’s culture and history - Positive personality!
