We are now looking for experienced and motivated restaurant managers to lead KFC restaurants in the Helsinki metropolitan area. KFC Finland aims to expand its operations by opening up to 20 new restaurants in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Turku, and Tampere over the next three years. In 2026, new KFC restaurants will open across different parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area, creating new opportunities to join KFC as a Restaurant Manager. We expect from you: - At least one year of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role responsible for daily operations and results, as well as development. - Strong leadership and teamworking skills. - Deep understanding of customer service and hospitality principles. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of key figures and financial metrics of business. - Proficiency in MS Office programs. - Flexibility to work according to restaurant opening hours. - Excellent Finnish and English language skills. - Good stress tolerance and ability to adapt quickly to changing situations during new restaurant openings and operations. Your responsibilities as a Restaurant Manager include: - Leading restaurant staff and coordinating daily operations. - Increasing sales according to set targets and preparing and adhering to budgets. - Ensuring an excellent customer experience by motivating and inspiring the team. - Preparing work schedules and complying with legislation and employment agreements. - Recruiting, training, and developing staff in collaboration with shift managers and trainers according to KFC standards. - Developing the team and analyzing performance evaluations. - Improving profitability through resource and inventory management and performance analyses. - Ensuring compliance with KFC standards. Base salary starting from €2881.2 per month, plus a fixed €400 supplement for evening and Sunday shifts.
