We are currently seeking an automation specialist for our property services in a permanent position. The work is carried out in a hybrid model, with the possibility of partial remote work. As an automation specialist, you will work on varied and practical tasks. You will be responsible for system programming and troubleshooting, both hourly and project-based. You will support installers with technical questions, participate in tender calculations with the management, and act as the responsible person for automation work in customer projects. Additionally, you will represent ARE's automation department in internal development projects. In this role, you will, among other things: - Investigate fault situations and communicate and report progress to the customer - Handle necessary spare parts orders - Prepare offers and cost estimates - Identify customer needs and offer suitable service solutions - Monitor the progress of work orders and ensure smooth daily operations - Perform daily tasks related to purchasing and sales invoicing In our property services, you will do work that has a tangible impact on people's daily lives. We take care of technical maintenance and repair tasks for shopping centers, hotels, and office properties. Our work ensures the technical functionality, energy efficiency, and pleasant conditions of customer properties for end-users.
