We are looking for several experienced software developers for our client company to participate in an exceptionally broad and socially impactful project. If you have worked according to the SAFe model, are familiar with Azure DevOps, and master modern web development, this is your opportunity to join a top team. We are recruiting multiple team members, so your role can be emphasized either towards front-end and Magnolia system experience or towards broader full-stack and database development, depending on your background. Due to the scope of the project and the strict requirements set by the client, there are precise minimum experience months that must be met. We expect from you: All applicants must meet the following minimum experience: * SAFe development model: at least 6 months. * Agile methods: Scrum / Agile experience of at least 6 months. * Azure DevOps: at least 6 months of CI/CD pipelines and version control. In terms of technical skills, we expect you to meet the following frameworks (your role will be weighted according to your strengths): * React: at least 6-12 months of experience. * Databases: at least 4-12 months of experience with relational databases (SQL Server or equivalent). * CMS expertise: high value is placed on Magnolia CMS experience (at least 4-6 months). If you do not have Magnolia experience but have strong database skills and experience with other CMS systems, you are still a very potential candidate! Your workday in a nutshell: You will work in a structured, large-scale project where quality, security, and accessibility are central. * Scalable development: You will work as part of a larger SAFe (Agile Release Train), participate in PI planning, and be responsible for your team’s deliveries in sprints. * Coding and integrations: Depending on your strengths, you will develop either CMS-based user interfaces with React or focus more broadly on backend systems and databases. * Modern tools: Write clean, testable code and deploy it to production via Azure DevOps. * AI as an enhancer: We expect you to utilize modern AI tools (e.g., Claude or Copilot) to speed up routine tasks and ensure quality, following project security guidelines. * Teamwork: Communicate fluently in Finnish with stakeholders and other developers.
