The growth of KF Digital in this area is due to our ability to deliver tools that optimize compensation strategies and support business objectives. The Intern role is aimed at supporting projects and initiatives with clients, providing research and analysis support as needed. The focus is on execution and delivery to both internal and external clients, generally under supervision and with team guidance. The position is mainly office-based or remote. Interns will work alongside Korn Ferry consultants, gaining insight into our culture, consulting methodology, tools, and services. While not directly responsible for business development, there may be opportunities to support these initiatives through research, coordination, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality work, applying procedures under guidance, conducting secondary research, analyzing data, preparing reports, supporting basic client investigations, working in team, sharing transactional information, responding to data or report inquiries, contributing basic analysis comments, participating in training, and developing knowledge of Korn Ferry processes and tools. Requirements include intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), intermediate to advanced English skills (spoken and written), good communication skills, experience in business or professional services is a plus, and maintaining professional conduct and confidentiality. Education: Currently enrolled in at least the second year of a university degree or equivalent, remaining a regular student during the internship.
