At the Satakunta Wellbeing Services, parenting and family counseling are centrally managed at Perhekeskus Lounatuuli in the Porin area. We have offices across the Satakunta region. We are currently seeking psychologists for the Suvituuli area, especially for the offices in Huittinen and Säkylä. We offer permanent positions and various fixed-term substitutes, and we are open to your preferences. Regardless of where you work, you will be part of a strong team of colleagues. The parenting and family counseling team has its own supervisor, who is trained as a social worker and serves as the head of the family center, a psychologist. The duties of a psychologist in parenting and family counseling include support for parenting, support for child development (including psychological assessments of children), support for couple and family relationships, and expert assistance. Qualifications include eligibility to practice as a psychologist, the Health Care Professionals Act, Section 5, and suitability for the work. Additional training and/or experience working with families, children, youth, and families are considered an advantage. A driver’s license and own car are preferred for performing work tasks. The position requires good oral and written skills in Finnish. We value good interaction skills, broad perspective, and enthusiasm for developing work. Salary is based on the SOTE agreement. The task-specific salary is 4510 euros per month, with a workweek of 37.75 hours.
