Työtehtävän kuvaus
We are seeking an adult occupational therapist for health services rehabilitation in the Western Uusimaa region, for a permanent position starting on June 8, 2026, or as agreed. The position is full-time in the Espoo-Kauniainen area. The primary location is Tapiola Health Center, but work also includes home visits. The work mainly involves assessments, guidance, and counseling in adult occupational therapy, as well as rehabilitation sessions at home, in clinics, and remotely. Additionally, the role includes home modification and assistive device evaluations, digital services, and group rehabilitation. This position is part of the rehabilitation services of the Western Uusimaa region, which employs nearly 110 rehabilitation professionals. The work is independent, but you will be supported by a skilled and friendly team. We value an active and proactive work attitude and flexibility. Experience in primary health care occupational therapy, proficiency in Swedish, and a development-oriented mindset are appreciated. We offer onboarding for the role. The work is daytime, with flexible working hours, 38.25 hours per week. The terms of employment and salary are based on the SOTE collective agreement. A six-month probation period applies. Qualifications include a degree in occupational therapy (AMK or equivalent) and certification according to the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/94). At the start of employment, the employee must have vaccination protection according to the Communicable Diseases Act §48. A driver’s license is necessary for performing the work.
